Welcome to the home of Lakeville South Strength.  This site will continue to develop and become a great resource for all of the Strength and Conditioning needs you have!  If you want to improve your strength, power and performance – refer back often to see our progress.

The 2019 Summer schedule will begin Tuesday, June 11th and run through Thursday Aug. 8th.  The basic schedule will look like:

Monday-Thursday All athletes grades 9-12, all times still to be determined but 9-12 should complete workouts before 12:30 each day.

M,T,TH – All 6th-8th athletes – Starts Times still TBD

T/TH – all Elementary, grades 1-5.


7:30am-9:40am           All 9th-12 Girls M-Th

8:50am-11:10am         All 11th-12th Boys M-Th

10:20am-12:30pm      All 9th-10th Boys M-Th

11:40am-1:40pm        All 6th-8th Girls M, T, Th

1:00pm-3:00pm          All 6th-8th Boys M, T, Th

2:20pm-3:20pm          All 1st-5th Tues/Thurs
