***Meeting Rescheduled*** Our Preseason Olympic Weightlifting meeting will be Wednesday, Nov. 8 @ 6:30pm in the LSHS Weight room. Please try to attend with at least 1 parent – there will be important information for the season presented.

All registration information is below – you must be registered to participate. All Olympic Team members are expected to compete when the coaching staff determines you are technically ready. This is a part of the athlete growth process. We appreciate those who wish to train but -do not want to compete, however this is an expectation of the team.

Dear Olympic Weightlifting Parents 2023-2024
Our Winter season has officially started. We will be emailing changes in training times, but the schedule should be more regular. Please check the Practice page for updated times for each week.

There are 3 Fees associated with joining the club. All need to be paid at the time of joining the club. Meet competition fees are not included and are outlined in the information flyer. The fees for the 2023-2024 Year are:
Weightlifting Team Fee – $135 – this goes directly to the club. You may pay by check to :
LSHS Olympic Weightlifting Booster – Or Online here (with 5% fee): Team Fee
USAW Membership – $55($35 first year) Youth 17U, $65 Junior (18-20) – Join Here: USAW Membership
ISD #194 Club Fee – $45 – This is the required District fee (LASActivityPayment).
Go under Lakeville South HS Activities and Club Registration 2023-24, it is under Olympic Weightlifting All year activity.
