2025 Summer Strength and Conditioning Grade 3-5

This registration is for all participants going into grade 3-5 in the Fall of 2025. Anyone who registers must agree to all waivers included in order to participate. The Summer Strength program is completely self funded, with no assistance from ISD 194. All fees go to the costs of running the program, insurance, coaching costs, equipment maintenance and upgrades and facility costs. The program is administered, run and coached by Certified Strength Coaches through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and The United States Amateur Weightlifting Federation.
The 3-5 program will begin Tuesday, June 24.
